The first slot of the day is always the most unthankfully one and this year the hard rockers of Skid Row had unfortunately the honor to start. At least some people already gathered in front of the Party Stage when the guys around singer Johnny Solinger started.
With them they brought their new album “Rise Of The Damnation, United World Rebellion – Chapter Two”. The stage was also decorated in that style. Of this one at the end the song “We Are The Damned” was played and at the beginning of the predecessor “United World Rebellion – Chapter One” the opener “Let’s Go” as well as “Kings Of Demolition”. The other songs were of the more successful era from the beginning of the band lasting already more than 27 years. Although they played quite experienced through their set the right mood would not want to come in front of the stage. Most the audience reacted on the old stuff but overall that was not something to get awakened so that I was more looking forward to the upcoming band “Knorkator”.
